Welcome to my new web site. Well it’s fairly new, I started it a while back with wordpress 1.5, and it is now running an upgraded wordpress 2 point something. I like it much better so far. The upgrade process was relatively painless, except for the photos I had added using the photopress plug in are no longer showing. Hopefully I can find a way to get those back asap.

Since I installed the latest update I am not sure where the chronological order of posts is to be found. I had been using the filsofo home page control to create a static front page and then pointing to my chrono subdirectory. Now with the newer version of wordpress I no longer need to use the plugin for static front page control, as wordpress has this feature built in.

In my mind most people do not come to read in chronological order anyhow. I get some visitors that find my site or individual posts from search engine results. My geek friends are mostly using an rss feed reader to keep up with my latest posts, so they already have a chrono order that way. You could just browse through the archives and get a chrono that way, but I bet most people won’t.
